We offer a variety of injection molded plastic containers, plastic lids, and towel dispensing lids for a diverse market.

The molding facilities use the latest technology and machinery to mold our plastic containers.

All raw material used to manufacture our plastic containers, meet all requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520.

Using injection molding we can offer our customers a stronger more ridged plastic container.  The process provides us with more control of size, defects, and maintains chemical resistant properties.


Plastic Containers

Injection molding provide faster cycle times, versus blow molding, providing us with less machine time and less cost per part for our customers.

Our molds are built to minimize Environment Stress Cracking (ESC) and increase product compatibility and shelf life.

The tapered plastic lid, for the commercial\industrial ink industry, will remain on the canister (filled) if dropped up to 5 feet.

To ensure our customers are receiving quality plastic containers and lids, Specialty Container is certified to ISO 9001:2015 .

A Quality tech scans the bar codes and records check to ANSI standards.

In-line mixers attached to the press ensures consistent color through out the production runs.

Dry-Off Set Lithography

Dry-offset printing delivers a clear image with brighter colors.

Ultraviolet (UV) inks create a bright, colorful, scuff resistant, and many chemical resistant labels.  Inks are carefully blended from basic colors.

Quality techs check the colors against the PMS color standards.

State of the art presses allow press operators to print up to 6 colors.

In mold labeling provides full color labels molded to the canisters.
